If your operation system is Windows XP, you might have accidentally removed Windows Messenger. Windows Messenger and Windows Live Messenger are different software and are both necessary for Gogrok to detect your Windows Live Messenger and perform a remote connection through it. This requirement applies on all remote plug-ins of Windows Live Messenger for XP users.
