1.Desktop Sharing
If you want to share your whole desktop with other participant(s), choose the” share the whole desktop” tag as shown in the diagram below.

A message will appear on the Editor’s shared screen to inform the change.Or on vertical panel, select grant editing right option or recall editing option to switch editing right. |

4. Annotation

On the vertical panel, you would see a button “Open annotation” if you have editing right. Click that to initiate annotation tools.
5. Viewer Cursor
Each participant’s viewer cursor will have an unique color as well as display of the participant’s ID.
