User Guide - Choose Participants(Windows Live™)

Step 1. Login to Windows Live™ Messenger
|
| Please make sure your have installed and login to Windows Live™ Messenger. |

Step 2. Login to Gogrok™ |
| Please enter your Gogrok User ID and Password, and then click Sign in. |
 |

Step 3. Choose contact list source |
| Click on Windows Live Messenger to import contact list. |
 |
|
Step 4. Choose one participant from the list |
| This version allows a maximum of 2 Windows Live Messenger participants per session (host included). Click “Open Contact list” to view your Windows Live Messenger contact list. |

| Click on the name to add the specific user to the participant box. |
 |
| You may click on the selected user to move from the participant box. You may click on the arrow button on the middle left side to return to the previous page or simply click on the Skype icon on the left bottom corner to switch to the other source. |

| After you have chosen your participant, click Start |

Step 5. Wait for the participant getting ready |
After inviting the participant, a conference call will be automatically created and a connecting message will appear. The participant will receive a Gogrok invitation. Once the participant accepts the invitation, Gogrok will prompt the participant to manually pick up the voice call from the MSN Live chat window. Please click on the "Answer (Alt+C)" to accept the voice call, once Windows Live™ Messenger shows "Call connected", you may start talking. |

Step 6. Choose an object to share |
| From the “Choose an Application” window, click on the application you would like to share or click on Share the whole desktop to share multiple applications |

| What can I do while sharing? |
If you are an application owner
i. The participant will see the shared application or desktop just as what you see on your screen. You can simply start your presentation or demonstrations. ii. If you want to grant editing right to the participant, you can click on "Grant Editing Right" button next to the participant. You can recall the editing right by clicking on the same button at any time. iii. As an application owner, you have the authority to pass the application owner role to the viewer. By doing so, you will become a viewer until the new application owner passes the role back to you.
If you are the co-editor
i. You can edit the shared application or control the desktop remotely. ii. The application owner may recall the editing right at any time.
If you are a viewer
i. You can only watch the application or desktop shared by the application owner. ii.You can be an co-editor either by waiting for the application owner to grant you the editing right or by clicking the “Request Editing Right” button on your status box to request editing right voluntarily. iii. You can be an application owner either by waiting for the existing application owner passes his/her role to you or by clicking the “Request as Application Owner” button on your status box to make a request to be the next presenter voluntarily.
