What is Gogrok?

Gogrok is an easy to use remote collaboration platform that allows users to interact as if they are face to face. Most importantly, it is completely free for business or personal use!!

Applications or desktops shared over Gogrok are easily made available to friends or coworkers for collaborative editing purposes; Use together with free internet call service from Skype or MSN (Windows Live Messenger) and you will have a complete set of collaboration software.

How does Gogrok work?

Gogrok is a real time screen sharing application with integrated web telephone service. No matter where you are, as long as you can get online, you will be able to  get in touch with your friends and coworkers, find help, provide service or share things that are special to you.

Gogrok currently supports MSN and Skype. After signing in, you can select your MSN or Skype contact(S) for collaboration. Voice calls will also be automatically established after login. .

Do I need lots of bandwidth to use Gogrok?

Gogrok uses point-to-point connections with all information encrypted before sending. These data packets don't pass through other servers, so your privacy is ensured. Substantial CPU resource and internet bandwidth are required for Gogrok’s operation as Gogrok needs to process and transmit real-time video and audio data

As we pointed out in the system requirements, we strongly recommend that your internet connection speed is to be at least 256Kbps, and preferably over 512Kbps in order to ensure optimal performance.

How many people can participate in a Gogrok session?

A Gogrok session can support a maximum of 3 people including yourself.

How do I start a Gogrok session?

Download Gogrok from the website, install it, and register for a Gogrok account number. Then you're ready to go. Please visit the Gogrok technical support website for a quick start guide, or download the Gogrok user manual.
